Editorial Review Process

Submissions are evaluated for scope, originality, readability, structural consistency, citations quality, and suitability for our general academic audience.

The Standard Workflow:

  1. Submission Received: Automated receipt acknowledgement.
  2. Initial Editorial Screening: Evaluated for formatting, length, and scope.
  3. Editor Assignment: A specialized section editor reviews the topic.
  4. Editorial Review: Assessment of evidence, writing clarity, and ethical compliance.
  5. Decision & Revision: Accepted, returned for minor/major revision, or rejected.
  6. Optional External Reviewer check: Triggered where specialized expert advice is required.
  7. Production: Proofing and final galley conversion.
  8. Publication: Rendered publicly on insights.nivischolar.com.

Published Articles are labelled editorially reviewed. They should not be represented as peer-reviewed research articles unless a separate formal peer-review process has been explicitly completed and disclosed.
