Use of Platform Content

Unless otherwise noted, all articles published by NiviScholar Insights are made available under an open-access license. Readers are permitted to read, download, print, search, or link to the full texts of the Articles.

Author Submissions

By submitting an Article to NiviScholar Insights:

• You warrant that the submission is original and has not been published elsewhere.
• You grant NiviScholar Insights a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and distribute the work.
• You agree to comply with all ethical and AI-use policies.
• You confirm that any figures, equations, tables, datasets, media, and third-party materials are either original, licensed, public domain, or used with permission.
• You accept that editorial acceptance, payment processing, DOI registration, ISSN assignment, and external indexing are separate steps and none is guaranteed by submission alone.

Operational Records

Published Articles may be represented on the public Insights website and in the canonical OJS record. The public page is optimized for readers, while OJS preserves operational publication history, files, metadata, and usage statistics.

Changes to Policies

NiviScholar may update these terms, author guidelines, fee rules, and editorial policies as the publication program matures. Material changes will apply prospectively unless required for legal, safety, ethical, or platform integrity reasons.
