Publication Fees

NiviScholar may charge an Article Publication Fee for accepted Articles to support editorial handling, production, digital hosting, server maintenance, and publishing operations.

Independence of Editorial Decisions

Payment of publication fees does not guarantee acceptance. All submissions undergo standard editorial screening, and decisions are made independently of fee processing.

ERPNext Payment & Invoice Flow

To ensure financial transparency, all invoices and billing transactions are processed through ERPNext:

Step 1:

Author submits their Article through the OJS portal.

Step 2:

The editorial team screens the submission. If accepted for processing or publication, a customer record is created in ERPNext.

Step 3:

The author receives an official Sales Invoice or Payment Request via email from finance@nivischolar.com.

Step 4:

Once payment is confirmed in ERPNext, the Article proceeds to final proofing and immediate publication.

Launch-Phase Manual Payment Policy

  • During launch, authors should treat payment instructions as valid only when sent from an official NiviScholar address or shown inside the authenticated publishing portal.
  • Manual bank transfer, UPI, or payment-request links may be used while the direct payment gateway is being finalized.
  • Authors should not send payment before receiving an invoice or written payment request tied to a specific manuscript or article record.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of editorial handling and production work already completed.
