NiviScholar collects author, reviewer, editor, and reader information necessary for account creation, submission management, editorial communication, payment processing, and publication records.

Information We Collect

• Author Metadata: Names, emails, institutional affiliations, and ORCID identifiers.
• Account Details: Login credentials created for the OJS publishing backend.
• Billing Details: Billing address, email, and tax details (e.g. GSTIN) processed through ERPNext.

Data Processing & Sharing

Data may be processed through OJS, ERPNext, email systems, analytics tools, and hosting infrastructure. NiviScholar does not sell personal data.
