Payment of any Article Publication Fee does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Editorial decisions are made strictly based on scope, quality, and originality.
Refund Policy
- Fees paid for editorial services already completed (including screening, proofing, layout formatting, or digital hosting) are non-refundable.
- If a payment is made in error or duplicate, or the screening workflow has not yet commenced, refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
