Editorial Policy
NiviScholar Insights follows transparent editorial screening and routing practices to support credible, rapid-turnaround public scholarship.
1. Core Review Process
Every manuscript is evaluated for general academic rigor, formatting correctness, structural completeness, plagiarism checks, and suitability for our target series.
2. Decision Categories
- Accept: Manuscript is accepted and forwarded to copyediting and final layout layout production.
- Minor Revision: Requires limited corrections, styling formatting, citation fixes, or table changes.
- Major Revision: Requires substantial rewriting, expanded arguments, or revised equations and methodology.
- Reject: Out of scope, contains plagiarized content, promotes commercial bias, or violates research ethics standards.
3. Review Labeling
To maintain transparency, all articles published in NiviScholar Insights are clearly designated as **"editorially reviewed"** on their public page index and detail page headers. This indicates the editorial screening workflow but distinguishes them from standard refereed research journal publications.
4. Indexing and Permalinks
We maintain canonical metadata formats, issue structures, and stable, indexable permalinks to facilitate long-term citation persistence. Formal indexing, DOI registration, and database tracking markers are updated dynamically on article pages as they are assigned by external registry authorities.
